I was struggling with the renovation budget but Jie Xi was very accommodating to what I was able to afford. Despite the lower budget, she still gave 100% into doing the best she can and proposed something satisfying well within the budget. I really wanted to be able to move in before Chinese New Year and the sudden MCO 2.0 was not any helpful, but Jie Xi would communicate to me any progress with the project. She was also very responsive and patient with my queries despite contacting after working hours.

The designer Zayne helped us with the multiple design ideas and quotation, adjusted based on our budget. He patiently provided design suggestions from lighting, color theme, tiles and material selection, you can tell he’s very experienced and knowledgeable in this line. As our house is a subscale older house, repair work is also required, Zayne suggested budget and long lasting solutions and materials. Some custom request such as extra store rooms, specific cabinet design, custom material like cement counter top due to our preference is also covered. There are some small defects noticed after the handover, but it was ok because Zayne was very responsive to attend to these repair and touch ups. Pricing point of view, its the most reasonable one among the 5 other ID that we compared.
